Surdam, MD
Dr. Surdam received his undergraduate degree in biology from Colorado College, Colorado.
He received his medical degree from Creighton University School of Medicine in Omaha,
Nebraska and completed a medical internship and residency at the prestigious and
rigorous Parkland Memorial Hospital/University of Texas Southwestern Medical School.
He is Board Certified in Emergency Medicine and is a member of the American College
of Emergency Physicians, Texas College of
Emergency Physicians and the Texas Medical Association.
Dr. Surdam was born in Laramie, Wyoming. He lives in Cheyenne, Wyoming but continues
to collaborate with physicians in the DFW Metroplex. He enjoys outdoor activities,
golf, traveling, SCUBA, and home improvement projects.
