Lawrence Bean, MD
Dr. Bean received his undergraduate degree in Biology, from the University of Texas
at Arlington. He received his medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern
Medical Center in Dallas and completed a Medical Internship and Residency at the
prestigious and rigorous Parkland Memorial Hospital/University of Texas Southwestern
Medical School. Dr. Bean is a board certified emergency Physician and is a member
of the American College of Emergency Physicians, Texas College of Emergency Physicians
and the Texas Medical Association.
Dr. Bean was born in Oxnard, CA. He has lived in the Dallas / Ft Worth area for
24 years. He served as a firefighter for the city of Garland, TX for over 8 years
before becoming a physician. He has lived in Forney for over 14 years where he currently
resides with his wife and four sons. He enjoys camping, fishing and spending time
with his wife and kids.
